Dr. Phillip S. Porter

Dr. Phillip S. Porter received an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry Degree from West Coast Bible College & Seminary based on his lifelong accomplishments of educating families on building generational wealth. Dr. Porter received his MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is an experienced Certified Wealth Educator (CWE), Certified Soft Skills Trainer (CSST), author, entrepreneur, visionary, speaker, business advisor, trainer/teacher, and loan officer. He has come a long way from his humble beginnings in Kansas City, Kansas to the Chairman and CEO of Generations Empowerment Enterprises, LLC, and co-founder of the Vision Driven Family Institute. Phillip is the co-author of the books, “The Power In A Vision Driven Family”, “Family Success Workbook”, and “Journeys To I Do” and four additional books currently being sold on Amazon and Kindle. Phillip was the keynote speaker for the launch of the new Domestic Estate Managers Association (DEMA) Dallas Chapter. He was highlighted in the Brown & Brown Insurance Inaugural Newsletter and the Starkey International Institute Newsletter. Phillip brings over 13 years of experience as a trainer, business advisor, and loan officer with the Neighborhood Development Center a nonprofit organization in St. Paul, MN. He has successfully advised and trained over 250 businesses representing many industries. Phillip was a Quality Manager/Director for Diamond Products Company and Assistant Quality Manager with The Gillette Company. He is the former Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Ministry at Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a former board member of the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Phillip grew up in Kansas City and attended South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC. He held Property & Casualty Insurance, Life/Health Insurance, and Real Estate Limited Brokers Licenses. Phillip has been married to his wife Janice for 35 years. They are the proud parents of four children, one grandson, and one granddaughter. He loves to cruise the Caribbean.

Dr. Janice M. Williams-Porter

Janice M. Williams-Porter, EdD grew up and attended school in Pike County, Mississippi. She attended an excellent HBCU, Jackson State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master's in Science. Janice continued her education by earning a Specialist Degree in Education Administration from St. Mary's University in Minnesota. Her lifelong educational dream was fulfilled when she earned her Doctor of Education in K-12 Leadership from Bethel University in Minnesota. Dr. Porter was honored to dedicate her doctorate degree to her parents W. Lethell Williams & Elvalene Magee-Williams. Her passions are reading, spending time with her family, teaching, traveling, and biblical studies. She served in her church as Director of the Christian Education Ministry, a Deaconess, a Sunday School teacher, and an Executive Board member. Dr. Porter is married to her best friend, the love of her life, entrepreneur, and author Mr. Phillip S. Porter. They have celebrated over thirty years of marriage. They are blessed to have four children, one grandson and one granddaughter.
